I’m a regular customer at this place. Good friendly staff, always helpful and always smiling. The food has improved immensely with a more balanced and excellent variety. The lad in charge is always happy and cheerful gives the place a buzz. The ladies working here are very kind and on it. It’s the only place that’s open late and always filled with students and couples alike. Clean and tidy place can’t fault it. Power plugs and sockets everywhere to use. From cakes to sandwiches freshly made and toasters to coffee and hot drinks. It’s what you all want from a coffee place. It beats the standard Starbucks and Nero coffees cos it’s personal and I love it here. Some of the negative reviews I don’t understand it’s always those having a bad day nit picking. I enjoy coming here and will always come here. Thank you guys you all are under appreciated but rest assured there are people that value your kindness.

Last week I visited this coffee shop for the first time. I was greeted by a delightful young lady called Marissa. She was very welcoming, took the time to have a conversation with me & also was very informative about the choices available. The quality of the good and drinks was fantastic also but the stand out point for me is most definitely finding a place where someone took the time to make me feel like a valued customer. Also I could see that Marissa did this with others & seeing the smile that spread across customer faces was so refreshing. Thank you Marissa, you made my day. Keep up the fabulous service

Having been Shopping at the Broadway, we came to have something nice for Lunch with a Burger & Chips in mind. The Staff were very helpful & quality of service was excellent. The Burgers were absolutely Epic & will definitely come here again. Definitely a 5 out of 5. The Prices were very good considering the quality of the Burgers & Seasoned Chips.

Huge thank you to the lady who served us on a Sunday morning! I came from London for a wedding and visited this cafè with my Daughter and Mum for breakfast and everything was spot on! Perfectly presented and everything tasted delicious! The waitress regularly checked up on us to see if we was okay and was so sweet! It’s right outside the shopping centre so definitely give it a try!

Welcoming café: Bright, airy, comfy. Lots of seating options, armchairs for relaxing, tables with plug sockets and WiFi for working. Clean and tidy. Friendly, helpful staff. Good choice of food, cakes and drinks. Lovely coffee! All the non-dairy options too. First visit today - definitely coming back!

My go-to place when I wanna be productive, very peaceful and there's a great choice of background music. Staff are lovely, helpful and kind (excellent customer service). I mostly go here for songwriting/admin work for my music brand and leave feeling refreshed and with finished work each time. Amazing café - the best in Bradford! 👏🏾
