Mc Donalds Bradford

Disappointing. Went inside to order food as drive through was very busy and you only end up having to park up and wait to get cold food in ten to fifteen minutes. Used the self service machine to order then, after queuing order twice because it had been on the board but then disappeared was told there was no milkshake. Was told after that a refund of the extra 80p I paid for a milkshake rather than a coke was at the manager's discretion - so I'm not entitled to a refund for something I've paid extra for that they can't supply. Makes no sense. I've pointed them in the direction of UK consumer law and what that says. To be fair they have issued me with a £5 voucher since I complained on Twitter but shouldn't have to complain publicly to get a refund I'm entitled to.

I like this McDonald's overall. The staff are generally friendly and the food is usually good. Been here many times and have hardly had any issues. It can become overly busy here sometimes but it is to be expected in a populous area, and it usually deals with it fairly well. When walking here on foot, crossing the roads nearby can be very challenging due to high traffic volumes which can feel dangerous. Overall I would reccomend this McDonald's for a nice bite to eat.
