Loved the food at Harvester. As someone who's gluten free the waitress couldn't do enough for you. Brought me a special allergy menu and checked with the chef about me having grilled fish. First meal out in a long time and I really enjoyed it.
Me and my partner always visit The Willow Brook even though we live closer to the one in longwell green as the staff are very friendly and the food is also very nice normally I have the Cowboy Burger or Gammon and cannot fault the standard off the food. The restaurant is also clean and tidy. My partner normally haves the chicken and has always been satisfied with the food and staff

We had a lovely family meal here, food was hot, drinks were cold and our server, Andrea, was one of the nicest people I've come across in hospitality! Made a fuss of our daughter, always making sure we were okay! Will definitely come back! I highly recommend asking for Andrea!
Nice food and service. We had lunch there today. My hubby ordered half chicken which was nicely cooked, very juicy and not dry for the chicken breast part. My classic burger was good, though a bit salty for me. My son enjoyed his kid's meal very much. We all like the wide variety of the salad bar. We will come again for sure.

The waitress and the waiter both were exceptional - smiling, kind, observant and there when we needed them, nice sense of humour but no name badges so I can’t tell you their names.
There only two things I can mention in negative aspects - first, there was any bread on the bread counter, and I ask twice a different member of staff, no one take any action, they both said that someone will bring it in a minute, but till we gone no bread appears; and other thing is about the table - will be nice if someone take empty plates from the table, because on the end of our dinner we finished with no space on it at all.
Berta was our server today and coming from someone who spent 10 years in the industry myself, I have to say that the service was impeccable. I understand that there were 2 chefs off sick today leaving one poor bloke by himself. The food that came out was prompt, fresh and nicely prepared. Overall one of the best eating experiences I've had for a long time.
Just wanted to write a review in regards to the service from Berta yesterday I rarely visit Havesters because & I mean this with no disrespect but you pay for what you get. But my grandmother loves it so I took her out for a meal & aside from the food, Berta made the whole experience much more pleasant! She was excellent & hilarious I have not seen my grandmother laugh so much in a while so just on a personal note thank you Berta! If she is on shift ask for her service as you will not regret it! Amazing Lady so full of life I would be proud to have her as my front of house staff if she worked for me.

Went to harvester today with my husband for breakfast. We had the lovely Berta as our waitress. She always makes our visits for breakfast lovely and worthwhile. A brilliant waitress who would be missed if she wasn’t there. There was a lady there who was a stand in manager I think and she seemed to be quite hard on the staff who were doing their best and she seemed to be complaining about staff members which I heard and didn’t think it was very professional. Berta was great though even though it was a very stressful situation and it wasn’t nice to see our favorite waitress upset when she was doing a great job as she always does.
Nice food, Nice staff😃Thanks very much for Mark's hospitality. We had a great dinner, even we arrived late and enjoy our happy moment here.
