Dirty floor, dirty tables, food was fine. My advice is not to eat off the floor.

100% better atmosphere than the McD next to it.

Went to drive through quick service. Food was good, had wrap of day very nice.

Erm 35 minutes for 3 kids meals 2 wraps and 2 coffees then to be told no diet Pepsi. Ice creams were missing, so we had to go back to the store to retrieve them. This has to go down as one of the worst KFC experiences I've had to date... The staff were politely clueles, lacking in any form of managerial direction. I did do the outlet one favour by encouraging a family to eat else, as the outlet was full of complaining customers. Did not think it fair on the staff to have any more stress as they clearly were over stressed. Even my 10 year son was complaining about the speed of the service....

Definitely better than McDonald's. We get our orders correctly, and it doesn't give us diarrhea like crapdonalds does. More delicious too

Helpful and efficient staff, food is good quality still tastes like original KFC.
Although needed to ask for salt, tissues and receipt.
PS...where have the wet napkins gone and why aren't they on the app???

It's good food, there was a lady cleaning tables who was helpful as I asked if she could wipe my table before eating. It wasn't too busy, the food was hot and tasted good. Just like any other KFC really

Very busy today but the staff got the queue moved along quickly, I used the drive through, staff were friendly, police and prompt with service! Food was hot, order was correct! Great experience! Thanks 😊
