The best butchers by far that we have found. Every time we are up in the cairngorms we fly by to make sure we stock the fridge. This time we had the pleasure and delight of staying in Braemar and even more so as we could have fresh sausages and bacon with their own black pudding for breakfast. The B
Best sausages and beefburgers we've ever had, Beef and Black Pudding sausages were something else!! Macaroni Pie & Steak pie were amazing too!!!
On vacation in Scotland, I went to this butcher shop to buy haggis to bring back to France. The welcome was very friendly. I was offered to come back some time later to have some fresh haggis that was being made.
When I left, I had all the instructions to reheat it later.

Great steak again melts in your mouth well worth the 120 mile round trip from Aviemore but give the young lad a telling he forgot the white pudding . Travel all over the Uk these steaks are the best

This is a really quality butchers. Has a great selection of quality local meat and veg.... but the shining star here is the Haggis and White pudding.... yummy. Dont miss out.
