Braintree House Of Pizza

We ordered lunch from Braintree House of Pizza for delivery to our office (2 salads and a sub). They delivered only two salads and one of them was not what we ordered. They came back and delivered the correct salad and sub that was missing. The BLT sub had bacon that was crispy and some that was virtually raw. The fat on the back was still white. When I bit into the sub I was instantly in pain. I pulled a WIRE TIE from my mouth. I looked through the sub only to find another WIRE TIE in the sub. I called them back and asked for a manager only to be told there isn't one in today. I explained what happened and asked that the owner or a manager call me back. No calls. I would not order food from this place again; horrible service and obviously poor food safety.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT! My neighbor has a pizza delivery driver ON CAMERA peeing in their driveway. How many times has this person peed in peoples driveways then handed people their food?! The owners don’t care at all how rude and DISGUSTING their staff is then they have the nerve to be the most expensive pizza shop in the area. Just gross , all around. Save yourself and order from the umpteenth pizza shops around the neighborhood.

Not very organized at all. We told them that we wanted to eat in, we sat there for 30 minutes or more and then I went up to ask about our food, they realized they had our pizza sitting on the top of the oven for 15 minutes. When we sit down to eat our pizza it was cold and they forgot about our salad. It doesn't pay off to give a good top before your is ready.

This is my last time going there! Place is a joke. Order a small salad with dressing on the side,they put it on the salad. The container leaked and then fell throw the bag could of the dressing that wasn't supposed to be on there. What left of said salad I could savage contained CHUNKS of tomatoe and cucumber! Who thought this was okay!? Bottom line go else where, theres better pizza places around im sure.

Earlier my wife and I were driving on rt 3 and we were hungry so we looked up pizza places online. Being from out of state we didn’t know the area so we went with Braintree House of Pizza because it had five stars.We went in, stood at the counter looking at the selections and ordered a few slices. Here is the good part: the woman behind the counter came over and asked if the slices were hot enough, she said she asked because my eyes “looked puffy” - she wanted the slices to be to our liking. We told her we had just received some bad news and went to our table to wait for the food. When she came over we were overcome with emotion and she could not have been nicer! She was the first person we had seen since leaving the hospital and we were really feeling low. She commiserated with us and took a real interest in our situation. I don’t know how we would have felt if she just ignored us, but she didn’t! What a tender person to understand immediately what was going on. We feel like she was sent from Heaven to help us cope a little better. God Bless You, kind woman, whoever you are!
