they got my order so wrong. I repeated 3 times very clearly and they added one thing that I never asked for in the coffee and didn't include the sweet cold foam I asked for. the donuts I asked for were also just thrown carelessly in the box. they need some new employees or better training please.

I come here every morning to get my ice coffee. The Girls that work here are great I'm not sure on a few of the names but big shout out to you all. I love how I don't have to shake my coffee when I get it from you guys. You ladies always make a great cup of coffee thank you .you ladies are appreciated❤️

Drive thru female was very rude today. Asked her nicely if she could throw something away for me. She says “nope, we can’t take trash” with an attitude. There’s always nice ways of saying things like “I’m so sorry, unfortunately we’re not allowed to take trash.” Very disgusted with her.

Coffee tastes disgusting and the manager Monique is disgraceful. I go out of my way to go to a different Dunkin' every morning because this one not only has bad coffee, it has horrible customer service. Beware. Other Dunkin's in area will trade out your bad coffee for you and explained they get at least 5 people coming in per day switching out coffees from this store. They also wont hesitate to tell you how horrible this store and manager are, not that I needed confirmation! Laughable that surrounding stores expect to fix this stores mistakes DAILY

Good location, efficient service, but the coffee often tastes watered down or stale. I’ve also received half frozen hashbrowns and/or the wrong order a handful of times. If more attention was given to the quality of the food/drink, I’d be here more often.

They are a little faster with their ordering, but coffee still taste like water. If you want regular coffee, make sure you ordering dark roast because their dark roast is equivalent to regular. Stop coming here for over a year and just swing by this morning to get quick coffee because it's on the way and what a big disappointment. It still hasn't change. Better off drive a little up the road and get real Dunkin' coffee at the intersection in Braintree.

Disgusting shop will always disappoint. Do not go here! Need to fire the horrible manager and train on customer service. They need learn how to brew coffee without burning it. (fundamental part of running a coffee shop...)
