Starbucks

Great service, great coffee (as always), great atmosphere! I've grown into a Starbucks aficionado over the years, visiting more than 150 all over the East Coast, mostly in New England. This Starbucks is right up there with the best of them! I recommend trying a shaken espresso on ice with the vanilla sweet cream instead of 2% - it's fabulous!! I also recommend asking for room at the top or it gets too milky ... too much like a coffee milk, the espresso flavor gets diluted. Have a great day everyone and drink coffee!! ☕🍪

Worst service I have ever received. The women working were saying racist remarks about the customers who ordered before me, loudly complaining about their work station using derogatory and inappropriate language, and serving free drinks to their friends on the side before finishing orders already placed by myself and other customers. Truly a disgrace. Be better, employees working Jan 17, 2020 at 5:30 PM.

If there's anyone in line be prepared to wait for 30m and have Management treat you like you're the problem or even just brush you off and walk away. Ordering on the app is of no importance to them since they make it last anyway. And by last I mean they wait until you ask to even put your cup in the queue. If you ask for light ice they give you half a drink. Terrible service all around.

It is ridiculous how long I had to wait for a peach green tea and I waited for almost 15 mins. Maybe if the baristas spent less time having idle conversations with each other they could actually get things done. Nothing was stocked and it is extremely dirty. Everyone’s orders were wrong. Not Impressed.

Very nice employees. The supervisor/Manager/lead actually told me all about their drinks, refill policy, etc, while making drinks endlessly. I do miss the Teavanna store upstairs, but I will be using this kiosk/stand for teas now. You won’t be able to get a Dragon green tea or silver needle mix here, but you’ll get a nice cuppa still. Remember to have the app ready!
