I have ordered takeaway from here and it is always really lovely!! Tonight was no exception. However, I was told to collect at a certain time and ended up waiting an extra 30 mins. It was the busiest I've ever seen it in there, so I do understand and wasn't really too bothered. Once home, the food was really good as always however was slightly sad about the chicken massaman I'd got, which was supposed to come with carrots, onions and potatoes. I had no carrots, an abundance of onions and 2 small pieces of potato. This was my first time getting the massaman from here and usually I get the red Thai which is always really great! As mentioned the massaman sauce was delicious but would of loved more veg! Overall, I will be coming back and hopefully next time, get a bit more veg 👀

Very authentic Thai restaurant with a vast menu including some ingredients and dishes not ordinary served in this type of cuisine. However all your usual dishes you would expect are included and totally delicious 😋. Go and enjoy. 100 % recommended 🙏🏻

Our first time ordering from Siam Thai and wow!!!! Undoubtedly the best take away we have had around here. It was so clean and fresh and piping hot! I had sea bass in this creamy coconut sauce with peppers and runner beans and it was just soooooo clean and delicious! My partner had Thai green curry and kings prawns and could not fault it either. I hope it doesn’t disappoint next time round as we will sure be ordering again! Thank you!

We stumbled upon Siam Thai whilst walking through Braintree looking for somewhere to have dinner. The restaurant is tiny but welcoming and had a very authentic Thai atmosphere. When we sat at our table it became apparent that everyone else in there appeared to be regular customers. The service was brilliant, attentive but not over powering. The food was divine, a perfect match of flavours and the portions were exactly the right size. I can't wait to eat there again

Amazing little restaurant staffed by incredible friendly welcoming people.
The portions arnt huge but they are definitely delicious and well worth the low price they ask.
We ate in the restaurant and it is also obvious how much food they are currently doing as takeaway via various apps, they are working so hard and are still giving 1st class service! Thank you ladies.
Happy to return and would definitely recommend that Papaya Salad to anyone.

I visited Siam Thai yesterday for my bday. We booked over the phone and they explained to
Us regarding Covid 19 rules, once we walked in really friendly staff welcomed us and showed us to the table, they had another 2 tables with customers but all with the rules of social distance. The food was amazing and really good and fresh quality, portions were just perfect. Was nice that they also suggested which are the nicest typical dishes and we decided to to for that; you could taste that everything was fresh...Definitely recommend this restaurant :)

Friendly family thai food reputabley very authentic I can't vouch for that personally as I've never been to Thailand. But I love the textures & flavours.
Think I could eat there every night. not a desire to avoid mrs wifey only to give her a break every now and then xx

Without a single doubt the best food in Essex possibly the UK. Super tasty, fresh NOT oily at all....absolutely exquisite. Small intimate restaurant with the friendliest staff and hands down the best service in the UK. The portions are just the right size and their pricing is very good. My partner and I unhesitatingly recommend this restaurant. Don't miss out on this wonderful gourmet experience....you won't regret it.

Do not order takeaway!! Absolutely appaling. Ordered pad thai no beansprouts, got home and it had beansprouts so called to exchange. The lady laughed and said she forgot to tell the chef And to text her for a swap. The squid was disgusting and then they refused to refund or exchange or even come to pick up the order we hadn't touched. 11 text messages from them in a row saying they can't cook another and to pick up replacement when we can get there. What an actual joke of a place.
