Staff very friendly and helpful, area clean access good for disabled and wheel chair. Drinks makers on the day could have spent more time making drinks than chit chat between each other. Not to say they cannot talk but on that day it was a bit OTT. But usually very good.

Popped in here for a coffee while shopping must say it was a very pleasant experience staff we're very friendly and good at what they do wide selection of drinks and snacks

Wow, a Costa that knows what they're doing!
Amazing experience, probably the busiest Costa I have ever been in and everything was running smoothly and staff were happy, whoever trained these guys should visit the Southend,Rayleigh and Hockley Costas to improve their services.

Friendly staff, food and drinks were yummy!
Have heard customers complain about lack of seating- not the staff's fault?! Bless them, can hardly build an extension onto the building themselves and increase seating
There is sometimes a queue, but I just choose to pop to another shop first and go back afterwards. Again, unavoidable and can't be helped
Staff definitely deserve to be cut some slack
All in all, a lovely little café, lovely staff, will always be our go to

Very busy costa it is open before 10 o'clock which is great if you get to the shopping outlet before 10.Had a lovely lemon muffin good service

Always a fantastic small treat having a coffee or bite to eat here. The staff are upbeat, professional and courteous throughout. The tables, surfaces and toilets are always clean and cleaned throughout the day.
The outdoor seating on a sunny day adds to the overall experience. This is a solid 5 star establishment and very well deserved too.

It was good 👍 😌 👌 👏 ☺️ I went with Samuel and I got a hot chocolate 🍫 with whipped cream 😋 👌 and marshmallows I did want to get a Belgium 🇧🇪 cookie 🍪 😋 😀 😄 😅 😁 but he said I am meant to be watching 👀 my weight

A very busy Costa, we did manage to get a table to sit out of the rain. Service was quick at the counter with well stocked sugars and stirrers if needed, lovely staff who were all very helpful and busy keeping the cafe clean.

Good selection, not only of coffees but bites to eat too.
Costa is a well attended chain and this one too does not disappoint.
