Wonderful service, Alison is very friendly and attentive. My meal last night 13/09/23 was nothing short of perfect. I am told chef Harry was responsible for my meal and every item in my smother platter (including medium rare steak) was cooked to perfection. I have stayed at premier Inn and eaten her
Lovely food and so many vegan options. Staff were very pro active in asking about food intolerance and my own in particular. They checked if using cooking oil for another product would affect the food I had ordered that was going to be cooked in that oil. Absolutely brilliant. The staff were very ef
We booked a large table for fifteen of us including small children for a family celebration and we were able to choose the table next to an internal window onto the excellent kids’ soft play area. There is also an outdoor playground. The food and service was great and excellent value and adults and
Pat, Ken, Hayley and the team were brilliant and so welcoming. We had family visiting so we were a party of 7 adults and 3 children. All the food came together and was much enjoyed. Definitely the place to go with youngsters who need to use up energy with the indoor soft play and the outside park.
Food is what you'd expect from this sort of chain. Some of the carvery veg had obviously been sitting out for a while but when asked if there was any fresher stuff it was brought out. They were very overwhelmed today, understaffed and it seemed like they must have had a mad rush in the early afterno
I like eating here food is good except for the steaks ive had recently with the mixed grill they have been almost inedible tough and chewy was lucky to be able to chew 2 or 3 pieces and swallow but other meals and ive had a lot are pretty good
Standard atmosphere, service was better than I'm used to here was pleasantly supprised food was also good with the full rack of ribs hitting the spot price was also was very reasonably priced
Food and service excellent, clean and tidy staff were smart a shame the car park was full of works vans and cars making the place look busy but only a few people in restaurant, works vans and cars should have a designated spot away from the restaurant allowing access for restaurant userers.
Popped in for a quick meal, food was very good, so was the service. Was busy but didn't have to wait long for food.
Stopped here on the way to Norfolk for breakfast and it was 1st class, my only moan is that the mushrooms where a told cold. Apart from that the staff and atmosphere are amazing.
This is a mixed review. On the positive they found us a table without a booking and it looked quite busy. The food was filling and really tasty. The staff polite and the place was clean and spaced out. On the negative side the smoke from those smoking outside drifted in and was off putting. Then the
Sam and the team especially the carvery team couldn't have handled my gluten free requirements any better. A great quick carvery, delicious..
Great breakfast selection, poached eggs to order. We come here every time for breakie prior to Braintree Freeport. Great service as always
First time visit to this restaurant, generally it was a positive experience for us, service was excellent and food was of a good standard, it was a shame it wasn't busy then the atmosphere would have been better.
i was staying away with work and we were given meal deal tickets to go down and have some bait included in our work trip, we never expect these places to be very good but we were massively wrong. I explained to Ellis that i was autistic and had a few requests about how the food and drinks were made
We went to the Mulberry tree last Friday to celebrate our grandsons birthday he’s 3 and we wanted somewhere where he could play safely with his friends they have areas both inside and out ( which is great whatever the weather) and all for free, Is was fairly busy being the start of half term but the
