Average. Pleasant staff, strange “no swapping” rule for full english breakfasts, so instead you pay to add items and end up wasting the food you would’ve swapped. The sausage tasted like it’d been sat on a hot plate for a while, as did the bacon. Eggs were nice, tomatos didn’t taste fully cooked. I

We had the Full English breakfast before heading for home after a great week spent at the Caravan and Camping Club site which is right opposite. Lovely place , newly decorated. Although menu says what is included in Fell English , it was no trouble to add or remove something and all freshly cooked.

Possibly the best bacon and sausage roll I've had in the last decade or two. Cumberland sausage and good bacon crammed into a crispy (but not too crispy) roll. Hot, not grease-laden, and delicious. Thoroughly recommended.

This is a lovely coffee shop with inside and outside seating. The coffee is of an extremely high quality and the tray bake cakes are a must. The ladies serving were friendly and polite. Dogs are always made to feel very welcome. Great place to stop after a Whinlatter hike!
