It's a really nice place. The people are always friendly and the food is tasty.
I wad slightly puzzled when I went in recently to order a fish barm only to be told that they didn't do fish barms but 'I can give you a fish and a barm if you like', but I'm willing to excuse that 😀

The sizes of fish and portions of chips suit those with larger stomach capacity. At a quiet time there was no ready-cooked fish. As a result, service was slow but the food when ir came was fresh.

Fosters are the best fish and chips I have had to enjoy. Chips double fried as standard was pleasent surprise, as I like my chips with cranchy feel. Highly recommended!
