I had an excellent experience at RedMoon Bakery, thanks to the exceptional service from Ms. Avneet Kaur. She was incredibly helpful and patient, making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. I ended up purchasing their delectable chocolate cake, which was absolutely divine. I highly recommend this bakery for their delicious treats and outstanding customer service.

I tried food from this place and it was delicious. If someone wants to try stuffed kulcha, I would really recommend this place. But if I talk about their customer service, it is very poor. Girls working at this place doesn’t even know to say hello to the customer and how to treat them. Let leave about saying hello, atleast they should know about customer service. So frustrating when you wanna eat yummy food but you don’t see any welcoming face when you order. Sorry to say but you need another trained staff who have some customer service skills.
