First visit to Bert's Café today, specifically the Brandesburton branch. It was relatively quiet inside with a chilled out atmosphere overlooking the lake.

A beautiful restaurant. We went to the Hull Restaurant and was blown away by the gorgeous decor, lovely staff, and amazing food. We ordered a pasta dish - tagliatelle Alfredo - it was to die for. Thoroughly recommend !! Yvonne, out waitress, was also very friendly and attentive.
Never had a bad meal here and we come quite regularly for birthdays and anniversaries as well as get togethers as we live in the village. Great place to eat. We had a pet with us and had to sit outside, it was January and the weather was sunny and cold but we were offered a heater and blankets so we were cosy. The view is beautiful, sat watching the wildlife. Staff were really friendly too. Will definitely be going back.
It is a really lovely location overlooking the lake. The staff were really friendly. Great menu choice, and there wasn't a problem when needing to amend food requirements. My only criticism was that the two burgers we ordered were both overdone (dry).
