This location usually does a great job but they need to do a better job reviewing their orders. Ordered a 5 piece meal to go just to come home and find a 2 piece kids meal. Do better! 😡 Edited: called and they were at least able to process a refund on my card. Giving two more stars for that courtesy.

I went in to try their chicken for the first time and was greeted by Ebony who took our order. Ebony was super friendly and patient. She told me all about the app and was so kind to wait and walk me through how to check in. We also got some tenders to go and I was about to go ask for them after we ate, but she walked outside where we were sitting and brought them! I was amazed that she kept up with that and brought them to us! The food was actually pretty good and we will definitely come back! Keep up the great customer service Ebony!

Still awesome 2022 April management seems to control quality look at this picture and was juicy and hot. The chicken sandwiches and nuggets are real chicken and tastier than Chick-fil-A. Fries are good too, generally the taste seems much higher quality than your typical fast food places. Lots and lots of boxes in packaging for the food seems like a lot of waste for the landfill.

LET ME START OFF BY SAYING THAT I love PDQ. They’ve mastered juicy chicken with flavoring that rivals the one closed on Sundays. This location just served me dry, old chicken. I’m also used to my fries being full but I literally counted 7 fries in my box. The staff were friendly but I don’t recommend coming to this location after the 3PM shift.
