P.f. Chang's

The restaurant does not adhere to covid protocols. Many guests were sat less than a foot from guests at other tables. Many guests were walking around the restaurant not wearing masks. The food was ok, entrees were brought out at same time as appetizers. The waitress was slow to refill drinks and bring the bill. Ahe also had a poor attitude. Extremely disappointing experience for a PF Changs.

Portions were too small for dinner. Tried sweet and sour chicken and sesame chicken. White rice was not cooked. Chicken didn't taste good. The sweet/chicken had very little chicken in it. The spicy tuna sushi had tuna paste in it not slices of tuna. The dumplings not good but ok. Finally the sesame chicken barely had sesame in it. Is this a joke or a knock off PF Chang's??? But I guess people like it here because they don't know better. Have been living in the area for 10 years and unfortunately we don't have good restaurants, but people give them 4-5 stars. Restaurants that serve tasty food with proper portioning, so that a 150 pound is still not hungry after 1 appetizer 1 sushi roll and 1 dinner size chicken.

Purchased online takeout my Birthday dinner on 1/23/21. Pf Chang has been my favorite place to eat for yrs. I have no idea what or who cooked and or seasoned our food, but it was the WORST meals I have had at any restaurant ever. Birthday dinner ruined. Spent $146.00. Not one of our dinner has any favorite.

My friends and I came for a night out I ordered Mongolian beef it was some what dry and needed more sauce. One of my friends ordered sweet and sour chicken, the chicken was soggy. Kinda but MOSTLY disappointed, we won’t be returning to this location again:) The P.F Changs @westshore mall is wayyy better than this one for sure😗

Food was great, but service was terrible. Our server apologized for the slow delivery of food early on, but the real issue was that once we were done we had to wait 45 minutes trying to flag her down, then go complain to the manager before she remembered us and returned to our table with boxes for our leftovers. By this point she had only one other table that appeared to be personal friends as she spent most of that time talking to them. Dessert was skipped because is was now about 15 minutes before the mall closed and we needed to rush to the other side where we were parked before the doors were closed. I won't waste my time there again.
