I love Chipotle but something has to be done about the Bloomingdale Ave. location. I walked in and it was a nasty mess!!! The tables hadn't been cleaned off. There was food and dried stains on the tables. The floor hadn't been swept in a while. There was trash and food on the floor. I went to order and they had run out of onion and green peppers. The bottom of the pan was burnt. I asked if they had more coming out and was told the prep people didn't have enough time to cut more, so no. I went to get Ice Tea and the Tea was nothing but light colored water. There were no utensils! I told the so called supervisor about the Tea and utensils and he brought me 2 forks. I told him all the receptacles were empty. There were a few employees standing around watching me question the missing onions and green peppers instead of cleaning the tables and floor. Then I noticed they were waiting to clock out and then left. Leaving the restaurant a mess!! I had to use my own sanitizer to clean the table I sat at. Corporate and the Health Dept. needs to pay them a surprise visit.

I love eating at Chipotle! They usually do a great job of preparing the food. I would’ve given them a 5-star review but I must say the online ordering department takes quite some time to complete orders. I figured if I ordered online ahead of time I could spare some time of standing in line. Nope, I still had to wait more time as I watched people that were in line get their food before mine was even brought out to the online pick up rack. Ultimately, still a great food spot!

Worst Chipotle ever. The crew here is so severely unorganized. Prepare to wait at least 45 min for online orders. If there’s a line, good luck. I still had to wait 30 min when there wasn’t anyone else in the store. What’s wrong here?????

Nothing has changed. And it’s absolutely disgusting here.
Also, I got STEAK in my vegan sofritas!

This is the most ridiculous order I have ever received. I ordered from DoorDash and this is what I got. I can get more from a $1.99 burrito at Taco Bell. It feels like because I’m not there to say anything that whoever is making the food can make these horrible portions. Now if this is how Chipotle is going to serve they need to adjust their pricing for sure. Neither of these options the tiny burrito or half quesadilla is in no way worth the $12 they are charging. This was my favorite place to eat so it’s so disappointing!!

To start with, it took me approximately 35 minutes from the moment I walked in, to wait in a line of 10 or less people, and finally receive my food. I could have had faster service at a sit-down restaurant.
From the moment I walked in, there was only one young man preparing food for all customers. In most other Chipotle locations, there are two or three.
After about 5 or 10 minutes, a couple of other young men came from the kitchen to replenish rations of food. When I finally I made it to the front of the line, I was surprised to see that they were practically out of white rice (which had been there long enough to dry up slightly). I wondered, "How can they be out of rice with only one person preparing orders on the line?"
The one element that allowed me to provide a 2 star rating instead of a 1, was that the young men (in particular, the food preparer) were not rude, and seemed to be all smiles and having a good time. The not-so-silver lining in that statement, however, is that the young men lacked hustle and seemed content with working at a very leisurely pace, pausing their work intermittently to make a joke here and there.
Where I am always happy to see employees who enjoy their jobs, it seems painfully obvious that this location is deeply under-staffed. If this condition was just due to some call-outs, then the staff should have been willing and able to collectively show urgency in their efforts to serve their customers. If this condition is semi-permanent, then the hiring ma ager is apparently incapable of enticing people to work at this abysmal excuse for a Chipotle restaurant.

Worst chipotle ever! They messed up my order so bad it’s not even funny! I order chicken and they put something that I don’t even know what it is on both bowls!!!!! They also added veggies on both bowls!!!!! I also paid for extra chicken! Which I of course didn’t get! Honestly save this place as a last resort

I have no words to describe the words for the disappointment and pure disgust that is all over the contaminated food. Is this even health department approved. The pictures speaks for itself. The second one I visited same issues. Is this a standard for chipotle?????

I’ve ordered through Uber eats twice now and my order was messed up both times. Of course the driver can’t open my food to check if it’s correct so I don’t blame them but the second time was awful. Both the bowls were not even remotely close to what I had ordered and the food looked so gross. I asked for two sides of guacamole and got the queso. It’s just ridiculous that it even took them quite some time to make the bowls and them not being what I wanted.
