I went there to redeem a T-Mobile Tuesdays coupon for an Italian sub. I got macaroni and cheese as well (added a bit of sugar when i got home). The whole meal was absolutely delicious.
The customer service was even better than the meal!
I have worked in customer service for 8+ years. It has been so long since I have had such a beautiful and flawless customer experience like that. Greeted when i walked in. The man that assisted me was so intuitive that he nearly read my mind. I was offered courtesy water on this scorching hot day. Then the food was prepared very quickly and neatly.
For the short wait, the man gave both my daughter and Me a firefighter chief hat to entertain her.
Iwt was a great experience. I cant wait to go back!

Waited 40 mins for a sub. They took Door dash orders instead of helping people actually in the restaurant. The cashier never smiled and looked miserable like she didn't even want to be there. Instead of being honest and saying it was a 45 mins wait she kept saying it's a 10-15 min wait. People demanded refunds because they spent their entire lunch break there and still didn't get food and had to go! I've never wrote such a long review because I've never experienced this at a Firehouse Subs before. 😏

We ordered sandwiches from firehouse for employees today and every sandwich that said no mayo had what seemed like extra mayo mine that said no mayo and no tomato had extra mayo and extra tomatoes it was supposed to have onions had no onions it was supposed to have double meat and double cheese and it did not. My boss a sandwich was supposed to have mayo it had nothing in his sandwich was very dry I offered him my mayo lol. It was just a complete disaster. When I mentioned it to the president of the company who picked up the orders he said don’t bother to call and complain because the people that were working there Look like they could care less about their jobs and what they were doing SMH. I don’t think we will be ordering company lunches from here again

Honestly lacking atmosphere. No music, no excitement. The quality of the food was good however it took forever to make my order. Workers look unhappy and just there to collect a paycheck.
Anyways if you’re reading, enjoy your free sub when your name gets called because that was really the only reason I stepped foot in this establishment.

We are waiting up to 30 - 45 minutes for a sandwich. The staff is preparing orders from Door Dash and simply ignoring its loyal in restaurant clientele. If you are planing to go this route, please add staff to accommodate or we will go elsewhere. It’s called lunch hour for a reason. Not Lunch 2 hour!

I have been to this Firehouse 3 times. Each were increasingly disappointing. The final straw was the third time about 2 months ago. I got there 20 min to closing. All chairs and equipment were already put up. When I came in I was met with a very unwelcoming staff that acted as if I was inconveniencing them. Before closing time they had locked the doors behind me. I forgot my wallet and had to run out to my truck for a sec. In less than 20 seconds they locked the doors behind me. This was still before closing time. I had to knocked but they let me back in.
In addition, they had to start all their cooking equip again, no ice in the soda fountain, and irritated stares I got from the staff.
This other elderly couple came in right behind me. They clearly felt uncomfortable too. They proceeded to apologize to the staff when they ordered and again when they wanted to sit and eat.
This store needs a complete staff refresh. Nobody seems happy to be there, and they provide the worst customer experience I’ve seen at a restaurant. I recently went to the one on Bloomingdale and was reminded of how a good Firehouse should look and work.

I ordered online at 11:44AM, the confirmation said my order would be ready by 12:00PM. I got there and waited until 12:35PM to get my food. Everyone there was frustrated, the manager was unapologetic, and rude when people asked kindly for an update on their orders. It seems like there needs to be a separate sandwich building station for doordash orders because the employees were overwhelmed and the people that were actually present in the store were not being served in a timely fashion. The food was mediocre at best and they didn't give me a pickle.
