I feel like you don't get a lot of ice cream this way and you can't taste it as will because there tinny frozen Beads of ice cream. I think it is a little pricey for what you get. It is a interesting experience to have such small bots of ice cream in your mouth at once. Fun to try for the 1st time but not something I would try again.

Went there recently and the person working there, first had no mask ( which is optional these days so that’s okay ) and second after he took my order literally rubbed his nose and went and grabbed the cup and the scooper with that same hand (WITHOUT GLOVES). Needless to say, without saying anything about what I just saw, i told him that i changed my mind and left. I have nothing against the person working there, but i think whoever owns the place (and anyone handling food especially during a pandemic) should at least make his employees wear gloves when handling other people’s food.

I’m upset I don’t know the man name who served us !! He was a black middle aged guy.. he was amazing !!! My daughter dropped her spoon three times, in top of that My SO had my banking card and I had to go find him. He cracked jokes and waited for me to gather myself. he let me try different flavors (because I’m indecisive ) I ended up going with his choice! Awesome guy ! Thanks for being polite and making the end of our long mall trip fun ! Keep being you which is awesome and funny.. give that man a raise !!!

Michael that works here is so awesome, he’s always helpful and friendly and makes everybody smile. My kids are more excited to see him than the ice cream, he’s that good! 5*

Rude female( looks like a dude). No customer service skills. Never greeted us as we stood look at the cooler with dippin dots. Asked to have a extra small cup to share w/ my toddler. She rudely told be no unless I was going pay $3.75. I was willing to pay a small fee but not the full amount for a small cup. If you can't handle working with customers for 8+ hours then you have notbusiness working in a customer service oriented establishment.

Unfortunately the guy that sells me the dippin’ dots (the small one) on june 26 2019, asked me if i want the receipt, told him no, and when i saw my bank account the amount was ten dollars instead of the price for the small one

Closed early, and when I called to ask why they closed early the person on the phone said “okay bye bye” and hung up on me. Should probably stay open during your advertised hours and then work on the customer service.
