They're always very nice! Love the ice cream, shaved ice, shaved ice stuffed with custard. 😍 It's all amazing!! Love that my dog gets a very nice treat!! They even give my 20yr old pup who isn't able to ride with me a treat!! Sometimes the wait is long and they seem understaffed at times. That is my reasoning for a 4, but overall a great place to stop!

The Snappy Turtle is to die for! Sometimes they do not have chocolate custard, and I've had some instances where trying to get a refund due to their error or attempting to pay the difference for a larger size has resulted in unpleasant experiences. But as a whole the employees are nice and accurate. And the taste is always superb.

Brought the family to get a Father’s Day treat and dining room was closed even though it was 830 and the website says dine in available. Since we drove several miles to sit down and have some ice cream as a family. We were very disappointed.

Bops is known for their Snappy Turtle, but they have so much more. Sno-cones, tamales, concretes, etc. They have a fine selection.
This location has a drive-thru and is in the same plaza as El Potrillo on Hwy 80 in Brandon.
Bops actually has a dozen or so locations, with the original founder being from our area. This is locally owned. There’s another location close by, in Flowood.

Always friendly service and we love the stuffed shaved ice! They were out of banana plus a few other flavors for the shaved ice, but the young lady taking our our gave many delicious options that were avaliable! I love it when people come to me with solutions! Will always visit here for dessert spring, summer, fall and winter !

This use to be my go to location when I come to town but it’s gone down. The bathrooms are nasty. The sink looks like it’s never been cleaned. There’s a weird smell. The staff weren’t wearing mask and were talking over my ice cream order. This was my last time visiting this location. The Clinton location is much nicer.
