Review Brook Bank House Restaurant - Bransford

Afternoon tea party for my mums 80th birthday . The staff in the restaurant were amazing especially the restaurant manager nothing was too much trouble for him and his staff who rearranged tables for us at last minute !! The food was lovely and served by friendly smiley staff they worked so hard to make it such a lovely party for mum !! There was 40 odd guests so this wasn’t a easy thing to get perfect but they did thank you so so much everyone .big Thankyou to Peter the resident pianist for providing us with wonderful music all afternoon xx

I'm so glad I picked this hotel for my wedding it really was incredible! Every single aspect of the day was taken care of by the wonderful staff. The food was delicious and nothing was too much trouble for anyone. A special thanks to Charlotte who pieced together the planning of the Day taking in every request that we had, and David was incredible on the day from calming my nerves to ensuring everything was in order and went to plan, what an amazing team 👏 kay and Chad x

From start to finish the experience has been phenomenal. Many hospitality venues struggle with customer service. But they've nailed it here. Every member of staff was polite, helpful and everyone no matter who they were spoke to us. Food was excellent, spa was amazing and the room was incredibly comfortable. We also felt so safe here with all the COVID measures that they'd put in place. We'll be back again! Thank you to the team at Bank House...

Absolutely 5 star service, my husband and I spent a morning walking the hills arrived at Bank house around 3.30 sun shining garden beautiful and lovely lovely service from start to evening meal, we cannot fault the service the food was absolutely 5 star , I had rib eye steak and pepper sauce , well all I can say is try it !!! Our experience of bank house is can't wait to come back, also if you want the best ever view of the Malvern hills ask for room ... 127, or 129 omg the views are breath taking x

Lovely coffee and cake this morning with my daughter, baby granddaughter and two friends. Sat on two huge sofas near a sunny window. Made to feel very welcome and good Covid 19 procedures in place too. Staff were very friendly and professional.

The staff here are amazing. Couldn't praise them more. Also great vegan options for dinner even with a limited menu. Would definitely stay here again.
