Yesterday I received a parking summons relating to an incident a couple of weeks ago in the post.
I called in at my regular store, both for coffee and shopping) Regarding this as I questioned the facts. A lovely assistant advisor Plus a senior management of excellent repute. Very kindly reassured my concerns.
My sincere thanks to the lady and gentleman involved. Excellent first rate customer attention. Thank you

I visited on a Sunday afternoon to use some vouchers I'd received as a gift.
Large free car park is a bonus.
The aisles are wide so getting around is easy, the selection is fab & the staff are all amazingly friendly & helpful.
Price-wise some stuff is obviously expensive, but other stuff is comparable with other supermarkets & there were some great deals available.
I'll be shopping here again, mostly because of the top staff.
Good M&S, the better of the two in Harrogate. It's got the current new layout which I really like. Good selection of fresh produce and even stocks a few locally sourced items e.g. Honey
Big thank you to Stanley in the car park for voluntarily helping me with my shopping trolly to my car when I was still on one crutch so I didn’t need to walk double the distance 🙌🏽
Love this food branch of M&S. Easy to find what you want and staff are always helpful and friendly.
Well-stocked shelves and great variety of fresh fruit, vegetables and all manner of delicious foodstuffs. It is hard to say no to the delights on sale!!
Its my Preferred choice M&S and This is a really nice bright and spacious immaculate store plus the aisles are nice and wide
All produce was easy to locate and lovely staff

Good place to shop and have a coffee.
Wonderful shop with wonderful staff and wonderful produce. The shop is always kept exceptionally clean and well stocked. The staff are a joy to deal with and always welcome us with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble. They have worked so hard to keep us safe during the covid crisis and are a credit to M & S. Would not shop anywhere else.
A lot of multibuy offers, great quality and unique foods, a must try cheese bread at bakery. Friendly service. Sparks loyalty card and regular coupon mailings make it more affordable. The only problem with this store is they are not patient with mentally disabled people wanting to find products on shelves.
Impossibly busy this lunchtime with no parking available so one had to use nearby side streets. However, the staff inside dealing with Christmas orders and organising the queues to pay which went almost completely around the store were superb. They were efficient, friendly, smiling in spite of being under such pressure. Well done to them.
A clean an friendly store. It would have been 5stars if it had been a little warmer in the cafe and sprinkles been put on both our coffee not just 1. Staff were brilliant showing me where the thi ngs were. I will go again but the cafe will have to be warmer if l am to have a coffee there
Great little M&S.
Nice easy access car park. Food is M&S prices but also M&S quality. Lovely staff. Haven't tried the cafe so can't comment on that but otherwise can't fault it.
