Sent a bergen in to get a floating lid. Excellent quality and seems really robust. It was at least a 4 week turnaround but that’s the same at places like Jay Jays and Dragons!

Had some adjustments made to my Bergen consisting of new strap buckles, new shoulder straps and locking clasps for straps to prevent movement when under weight and on the move. Quite simply top, top craftsmanship and worth every penny!!! Will definitely recommend to colleagues and visit again. 👍
