Perfect poached eggs, scrambled eggs and bacon. Strong, smooth coffee. Good old fashioned caff .. good food, well made, well priced. Just across the road from Premier Inn Kew Bridge.
Home style breakfast. Nothing fancy but a good start of the day with generous portion. Above all very nice middle age gentleman who I believe is the owner, serving the customer with heart.
The food here is, as at its famous namesake, hearty and earthy; unlike that establishment, it’s very cheap. Excellent sausage in particular.

I had a number 1 today and have to say how much I enjoyed it! Every item of the breakfast was cooked perfectly. To go to a cafe which reminds me of the old ‘greasy spoons’ was a wonderful experience AND it was without the grease-yay! I recommend the food and service here for a very realistic price a

I went there both mornings I was in London over a month ago. They have such amazing food and milkshakes. Been craving their food and milkshakes ever since. Such friendly staff! Will definitely be going back sometime.

Great food, generous portions, decent price, clean place, friendly staff, what more can you ask?! Despite it being very busy, I did not wait long for their food. Tea and toast come with the set meals. Would recommend and definitely come again.
