Last Stop

Our wedding was on the first date after lockdown when 30 guests were allowed, and we'd had to postpone once already. It had been stressful to postpone and with so many unknowns, but Redroutemaster were understanding that we need to cancel one of our buses and with all the last minute changes to our arrangements. If that wasn't enough when an extension rebellion protest held us up for another hour on the day! It was no trouble for them either. We're so thankful we kept one of the buses even with just 30 of us, it was beautiful part of the day to link our two venues in London, and the bus made a gorgeous backdrop to so many photos. Exceptional service provided to us on our wedding day by RedRoutemaster. The bus driver and conductor on 'Boris ' were accommodating, welcoming, kind and friendly, and the ride was very smooth. The bus was there on time, and in excellent condition. The back office staff were very professional and responded to emails quickly. Very good experience dealing with this company all round.

My sister hired RedRouteMaster for my hen do and what a fantastic service we received from start to finish. The Redroute team were helpful and accommodating throughout, with great communication and gentle reminders when we were drowning in wedding preparations! The bus was clean, on time and nicely decked out for us, the drivers were friendly and pleasant.
