A stop at Starbucks is a MUST when I work overnights. The drinks are always the right temperature and strong but not bitter. This location has the absolute friendlies baristas and they never make you feel rushed. I will occasionally ask for their favorite suggestions for drinks and they never disappoint! Thank you!

Visit this location for the first time and I must say Daniel was very pleasant, upbeat and friendly. I really enjoyed my egg white bites and white mocha coffee it was made just the way I like it. Thank you for Such Great Service!!

The best one!! Definitely go on Saturday mornings when traffic is light so you won’t crash when the baristas will fill the coffee allllll the way up to the top and make it as hot as possible, without melting the cup, or lids, or hands, or skin. Highly recommend!!!!! :)

Don't get me wrong. The service is great but they get overwhelmed by customers sometimes. I've found going inside after ordering with the app works best at the location.
The people are sweet and actually remember who I am beyond having it on my order. That's the type of customer service that attracts me to the location. Others are not as friendly. I love the commitment to dei.

I had been meaning to rate the customer service I received awhile back. There are a set of twins that work at this location and they are so freaking friendly and nice. They seem like they wanted to be there and enjoyed their job. I was having a hard day and their smile and upbeat behavior made my day. Hope the next time I visit there at work. Great job on hiring that duo Starbucks!

I travel frequently and this location is now the standard I hold all other Starbucks locations to. Yes, the exterior parking lot & drive-thru is of poor design (avoid parking in the lot in the morning because you'll never be able to leave) but, perhaps necessarily their response to being saddled with the poor design, this staff is by far the most efficient and friendly. You'll always get a (what looks to be sincere) smile and visit a few times and they'll know your regular order when you step to the counter (with all the things people have thrown at them throughout the day this always seems like magic to me). Use the mobile app to order ahead of time and they regularly trounce the latest time prediction.
I only wish the Starbucks up the road on Hanley (much better drive-thru & parking, slow/poor service) took some notes; I have long-standing meetings at locations near the Hanley location and will take the time to drive out of my way to the Brentwood location to pick up coffee between appointments because I know it will be quicker than waiting for my coffee to be prepared at the Hanley location next door.
