Moe's Southwest Grill - Brentwood

Honestly disappointing, barely any meat compared to the size of the bowl. With the underwhelming portion of meat, I could’ve just got a great salad else where. The itty bitty pieces of minced soggy meat, is not enough for a child let alone an adult. Then I couldn’t enjoy a break out of the office because the dining room is literally filthy, tables and floors with food and napkin droppings all over. At a location as centralized as this one, expected better.

Not good, they ran out of chicken, so your only options were steak or beef, then you could not get a reasonable portion size, then they ran out of beef!!! When asked why the portion size was so small, answer was thats the way it is, so to get a reasonable portion, you pay extra...the person preparing my food was a little bothered that I questioned my portion ( I ordered a large burrito, she places a half of scoop of beefing the middle of the tortilla), but I'm sure if she was making food for herself, she's more generous. If you give people lousy portions but still charge regular prices, not cool. Won't be back. Update 2/5/22 Changed my review to reflect the owners response to my post. I received a very sincere apology for my experience as well as a credit for my meal. I appreciate people who actually care about your experiences, sometimes that's make all the difference in retaining customers.

Awesome food here for the price especially burrito Monday! I think its Monday here not totally forsure. I have seen it different days at Moes. Staff were really nice and had some smiles on their face which I was good to see. They definitely packed my burrito up which I absolutely love that. The free chips are awesome to because of the salsa and cheese you can get there!

worst moes ever ordered through the app picked it up come home to find out there is no chicken in the burritos even though the burritos looked huge (because of the amount of lettuce the shoved in there )there was only literally 4 tiny pieces of chicken the size of m&ms in the whole burrito the rest was filled with lettuce rice and beans I didn’t order a salad burrito …. don’t recommend this location the workers don’t care it seems the quality of everything and service is poor baja burrito or taco mama has to be the best in Nashville for go to burritos and bowls wouldn’t waste time at this location again
