Pei Wei Asian Diner

Good food if you like eating rice and chicken with no utensils or napkins. Grabbing food while out of town and ordered curbside carry out. Watched someone carry my food to the pickup shelf in store, waited almost 10 minutes in the curbside spot. Ended up going inside and picking up myself. Saw employees laughing and cutting up with each other and leaning on counter. No one even spoke to me. They were not busy at all. After all that getting to my room with no utensils was super frustrating. Rant over.

We got the family deal take out. We were hungry and so in the mood for Chinese food. It was inedible. The fried rice was NOT fried rice at all- It was like old noodles in an food processor with egg- it was so gross. Each dish was inedible. We had to have cereal. We have not had any dining experience this bad. We have loved other Pei Wei experiences before. This was such poor quality.

Glad that I can still get curbside pick up here. This is the most convenient thing especially if you're going to the store in the same shopping center. They have many gluten-free options to choose from as well as allowing substitutes like cauliflower rice. They also have patio seating if you want to eat outside.

Had dinner here tonight. We used to really enjoy it but haven't been in a while. Terrible! The food tasted like frozen Chinese. The atmosphere is awful. The AC must be out bc it was uncomfortably hot. And one booth seemed to be demolished and just had a tarp thrown over it. Definitely not worth the money to eat here.

Food was good but service wasn't the best (only deducting one star for that as I know everyone is short staffed). We ordered our food to go and they didn't start making our order until about 15 minutes later. The person who took my order handed it to me kind of sloppy and just said "here" without adding in utensils or an apology. We all have hard days so trying to keep that in perspective. It was a good amount of food and the temperature was good when the food came out. I also like that you can pay a little more for cauliflower or fried cauliflower rice

Horrible experience. We ordered take out this evening. I ate a few pieces of my Beef and Broccoli. I realized something was very off with the texture. I cut into a piece and saw that it was severely undercooked. I mean RAW. Purple! The manager offered a refund and apology. Currently waiting to see if I get food poisoning from this ordeal. Disgusting!

This was an impromptu stop on my way back from Radnor Lake State Park and I am so glad to have found this restaurant! The staff was incredibly friendly, courteous and helpful. I did not know what to expect when I first came in, but I was very impressed walking out. The young man at the register did a great job explaining the menu items to my friend and I. I normally never order salads at restaurants because they are so boring with just lettuce and tomatoes, but when I saw the selection here of salads I had to try one. I was so impressed by the variety of vegetables that came with it and it was delicious the last bite. They were out of the salad dressing that comes with the menu item normally, so as an apology they gave me two other sauces to try without me even asking. Their customer service was so good. Thank you for a great experience!
