Absolutely loveeee this place. The strawberry fig toast is my favorite thing. All the flavors go so well together, it's a small party for your taste buds. There hasn't been a thing here I haven't liked. Even when they're out of one thing and have subbed it for another I have loved the item it was subbed with! Great people and place. You will not be disappointed! Also my daughter loves the katalina and she tells no lies. 😂

Always wanted to Door dash this place to my job to try it out but never could get an order to go through so I decided to drop by after work...and WOW! There smoothie bowls are huge! Blue Bae is my favorite!

I decided to try this place based off the reviews and wanting something semi healthy for breakfast. I probably should've ordered something else since I'm not a big fan of bananas. It was too overpowering for me. I didn't taste the cinnamon. I will however go back and try a different one.

Best E+ROSE in Nashville. I come here at least once a week and always order a bowl with a handful of subs and they always are spot on with it :) if anyone tells you another E+ROSE ovation is better… don’t trust ANYTHING they ever tell you again. I’d think about removing them from your life actually. Could be a bit dramatic but like do you fam. Love this location <3

I ordered the Aloha bowl, the Pineapple express, and the Energy shot. I lived in Hawaii for a time and one of the things I missed most were the açai bowls. The Aloha bowl was as close as I have gotten since I left! It was delicious and the portion size was perfect! Very filling! The Energy shot and the Pineapple Express were also very delicious and definitely worth it! Will definitely be coming back ^_^

Wow! Acai and smoothie bowls were phenomenal- The best and most unique I've had anywhere. Cute and comfortable interior. The pre-made food to go was a little dried out, I wish they also made food options to-order. The avo-toast was great. Love and highly recommend!!!!

I work very close to this location, and everything they serve is outstanding from shakes to soup to their prepared foods (my favorite is currently the falafel collard wrap). On top of that, the people are very friendly and welcoming. I could easily eat here every day.
