I just tried the warm bowls at chopt and I absolutely loved them. Everything is so customizable and in the past I’ve made mistakes on my musings lol. So sticking to the prescribed recipes may just be my thing now

Was highly disappointed in this salad I received from Chopt. For the price I paid, I expected much better. The avocado shown wasn’t the only brown part of the salad, much of the lettuce was old and wilted. Won’t be giving Chopt another chance.

Mexican Caesar is top shelf but the crispy chicken ranch is my go-to. Ate on their patio again a few days ago… staff could clean it up a bit more. Recommend eating here all the same.
PS order a drink cup for their self serve lemonade / iced tea bar. The ice machine next to it serves the best ice pellets, and making my own Arnold Palmer never disappoints.

Like to pick up salads to go here for pick up and curbside. You can choose from many toppings to make the perfect salad. They are very conscious about allergies and take them seriously. Whether it be gluten or shellfish. If you're like my son who loves salads, he loves this place!

4 stars for food quality. 1 star for customer service. Will not dine here again.
I was a first time customer, and I felt really uncomfortable with the individual i was working with and the process. They didn't explain anything to me, only had sassy comments when i was asking questions... I asked for chicken after the lettuce and the server had attitude, like sorry i didn't know all toppings first then lettuce?! If i am paying top dollar for a salad, I the customer should be treated with respect.
Bad customer service = Bad business.

Just about each time I go to the Brentwood location their Avocados are brown and far from fresh (ive noticed others post pictures of the same concern in the reviews). Also, today I ordered a wrap, and this is what I got (see picture below). The guy who made it for me didn't seem to put much effort forth at all and was not very friendly (had a beard and glasses). Hopefully things can start to turnaround here as I've tried to give chopt multiple chances.

This place has really good fresh salads. I’ve been once when the guy making it out way too much dressing on the salad but did not let it deter me. The Mexican Caesar is great. I really like the chimichurri ranch as well.

Food was delicious. Customer service was bad. Today was my first time and with so many menu options I asked if I could just create a salad. The girl with the dark hair and glasses just pointed to the toppings telling me to choose. I didn’t know if there was a limit and she didn’t say anything when I kept naming. She spoke quietly too and seemed annoyed that I asked her to repeat some things and when I asked about choosing my dressing. My total ended up being $20. I watched the guy do some orders and he was explaining things well to customers. Wishing I had him instead
