Basil Garden Pizza

This was a to go order from the Franklin location instead of Brentwood. I purchased mozzarella cheese sticks and a 12 inch, make your own pizza. The cheese sticks were good. However, they gave me ranch dressing instead of marinara sauce. On the 12 inch make your own pizza I requested bacon, chicken, onion, garlic, and extra cheese. I also requested they substitute the sauce on the pizza for ranch dressing. The pizza came with bland tomato sauce. No spices within the sauce at all. The bacon never made it on the pizza. After reading the reviews I was excited to try it. Sadly, it did not live up to the five stars other reviewers gave it.

I ordered a Pepperoni Pizza Single slice pizza. I started eating it and all of a sudden tasted fish!!! I looked at my pizza and there was fish under the cheese!!!! I took the pizza back and all they guy said was sorry someone must have ordered pizza with anchovies on it and got on your slice, I will make you a new one!!! He did not say are you OK? Are you allergic to fish!!!! Can I offer you a refund!!!!

We ordered delivery and the pizza never came. I drove to the restaurant and the individual there said that the delivery driver never showed up. They never called to let me know. I tried to call the restaurant before going up there but no one would answer. They did give us pizza and it was good but customer service was terrible.

Great pizza restaurant in Brentwood with great menu options and fast, friendly service. Very affordable and conveniently located. Not many people seem to know about this place, so it’s not usually busy. The facility is a bit outdated, not as clean as expected, but there is construction going on in the surrounding stores. Overall good experience and we'd love to visit again!
