Subway

Ordered online the Club (turkey, ham, and bacon) got home and it was only bacon! How do you forget the turkey and ham? I didn’t know I needed to stand there to supervise the making of my sandwich for it to be right even though it was printed out specifically on my order. Also, the sandwich was requested to not be toasted and it was the most toasted sandwich I’ve ever had. Tried to call and complain but the number wasn’t even in service! Don’t waste your time or money and go to a different Subway franchise that actually wants to please it’s customers!

Went from 1 star to 4. This place used to be horrible. The gentleman that would serve us always looked like he hated his job and did not interact well. The food tasted stale and was subpar even for a Subway. I'm not sure what happened, but it seems the place doing much better. Different sandwich makers and the ingredients both seem new. And the food is much better. Would recommend now if you're a fan of Subway.

Lmao. Trash. Went three for lunch and a big group came in behind me after I placed my Order. Long story short, once the staff at this location gets overwhelmed all care and sense of professionalism fly out the windows. My sub was pulled out of the toaster before it was toasted... items were then put on there WITHOUT me asking for anything. And then the sandwich was promptly bagged and the attention of the employee had spanned out to the next person and I no longer existed... still standing there staring at her with disbelief in what I just watched. Needless to say I did not get my sub and walked out. Tried to call them to talk to a manager after leaving and nobody answers. I call back a few times and they unplug their main line so their phone stops ringing. LOL. Are you kidding me? Worst. Subway. Experience. Ever. How you’re in business is beyond me. Will never return and will recommend to everyone I know and work with to do the same.

LIVE ROACH ON SANDWICH MAKING LINE! I love Subway, but I would NEVER go to the 6688 Nolensville store again!!! I was there on Oct 26, 2016. While the man "Krupal" was i making my sandwich, a large roach crawled out of the area where the food is and crawled onto the metal surface where they make sandwiches. I pointed at the roach with shock, Krupal just calmly said "oh, yes, i see it." He killed it, removed gloves, washed hands, put on new gloves, and continued making my sandwich. He did not even clean the counter top!!! I was so shocked I didn't even think to fight the bill or refuse the sandwich. Took the sandwiches home and threw them away. WOULD NEVER WALK into that Subway again. Called store manager (he did not return call). Called corporate. They had store manager call me. He would not refund $, just blamed the "employees". I have now called the health department and written a review because this situation was not satisfactorily addressed. DISGUSTING LOCATION!!! For the sake of other Subway locations, I hope they shut this one down!

Terrible location. Regularly closes at 8pm when supposed to be open until 9. Once I showed up when she was about to lock up as I was walking to the door at 8:10. Threw her hands up and rolled her eyes and acted like she was doing me a favor by staying open. I drive further away to a different subway location just to not give them my money.
