Pizza Hut

Between their P-zones and Supreme or Meat Lovers pan crust pizzas, I could eat Pizza Hut multiple times a week. Especially when freshly cooked and still hot, I enjoy both the crust and the range of meats and vegetables. At the same time, I don't find a lot of consistency between locations. One version of a P-zone can be perfectly cooked (just like the photos) with a full cup of marinara, while another can be over-cooked, too greasy (esp the meaty P-zone), with a half to 2/3 filled marinara. Or toppings (esp sausage) on pan pizzas can be over cooked to the point of being dry and crispy. Not sure why there is that variance, but when they get it right (and the sooner you eat it) it is delicious. Domino's, Papa John's, and Papa Murphy's just don't quite measure up in my book.

Wow! This store has some really bad reviews. I was looking for reasonably priced, good pizza for a kids summer camp, and this is where I found it! The store is now under new management. Candy Crosby, the manager, is fantastic! I ordered a lot of pizza on 2 different days, and it was all super! The pizzas were all cooked perfectly, not greasy, hot, and on time. We were even able to include gluten, dairy free pizzas and they were delicious! This is now a great Pizza place, in a good location for Brentwood. I will definitely be getting more pizza for my family from here.

Poor service, bad food The store was located 0.7 miles from the hotel room. They forgot the marinara for the breadsticks and said all they could do was refund me for the marinara sauce. I asked to be refunded for the tip I gave online and they declined. I said I would not be ordering from them again and she said “that’s fine” Food was cold and breadsticks tasted like cardboard.

The worst place ever and the worst service ever. I usually never write reviews but these guys forced one with their disgraceful service. In the past I ordered and gave credit card info over the phone. Once the delivery guy came with the pizza, he ordered that for some reason they were not able to run the card and in fact started getting mad at me as to why I am not carrying a card with me when I came down to get pizza. He started giving tantrums and I told him that whenever I have ordered they just have a slip and one can add tip to that. Anyways I called the branch back and the guy was nice enough to give the pizza for free but the delivery guy had no right to be rude! I let go of that incident since they gave free pizza and just put this incident behind me. Today I called to order again and there was some guy "Dave" who was acting like a retard and was just repeating what I was saying and wasn't letting me finish. He was very annoying and then told me that by mistake he is not able to process the card and put me on long hold. I called back again and he said that "the situation is I don't know how to process the card and that my manager will get mad at me if I go and ask him, do you have any suggestions?" Are u kidding me! How ridiculous! I don't work there! I still said will the delivery guy be able to take payment and he said "I don't know and I have no answer to that" my last response was to forget it. Suggestion for u guys: "Get a big lock and put it on ur door and shut this branch forever if you can not make a simple order or have no means to take an order" no one wants to order food to get mad!! This is not even one star but in order to write the review you have to put at least 1 star so that's why you got that single star otherwise you don't deserve that too!!
