Went there on Thursday with reservations made, so no wait. There were some parking spots on Darlington avenue next to it, so it’s good. The pizza and pasta were good as well as seafood and beef. The best items are the desserts, esp the tiramisu and the different pies- they could mix them into one plate and charge a much lower price. The vibe is chilled and the staff are very friendly. A bit chilly to sit outside even in July but heater will be provided. A great option for date night or business dinner.

We came to Toscana for drinks and appetizers, and everything was fantastic. The drinks were delicious - well-balanced, not too sweet, not too dry. The appetizers we tried were excellent, as well. It was pricey, though. For a table of 4 - two drinks each and two appetizers for the table - it was over $300. All in all, if you can afford it, it's worth a visit.

We made a reservation for 6 people in our group. They squeezed us at a table of four with 4 sets of silverware. When food served, we asked for additional 2 more sets of silverware. They brought us silverware without linens. Then completely ignored us. I was waiting for the waiter to ask for red pepper crust but no one came to our table until the food cooled down. Then I complained to the manager, he rudely said: “it’s done, what do you want now? Do you need boxes?” He just wanted to get our money and kick us out of the restaurant. We all feel horrible. I wish there were zero stars. I will not hesitate to give that to them. They deserve it.

I live in the neighborhood, so I return from time to time hoping that it will get better. It doesn't. Mostly what I find intolerable is the staff. The food is slightly above average , while over -priced, but the maître d' is consistently unbelievably rude, arrogant and mean-spirited. The waiters are only slightly better. They just ignore you. Clearly this place has a management problem. The Toscana bar in the same building but across the hall, however, is really nice. Very welcoming and a great neighborhood hang out. Bar food is good and the bartenders, Nina and Miquel, are warm and friendly. My advice, go to the bar, stay out of the restaurant.

I went to Toscana with my brother on a busy and beautiful Friday night , despite not having any reservations , the gentleman at the door was very nice and was able to accommodate us with a table . Food and ambiance was great . Finished off the night with an amazing tiramisu and a fantastic authentic Espresso.

Amazing 🇮🇹 cuisine with a friendly staff Who are quick with a good wine pairing or recommend a special. With an open kitchen where you can watch them make your pizza flip the dough or check out their homemade pastas you'll enjoy the show. Seems to be good for small to mid-size parties with easy valet parking. Definitely recommend giving in a shot whether it be lunch or dinner 👍🏼👍🏼

I recently treated an old college friend to dinner here. Great atmosphere and attentive staff. However, my entrée was undercooked and nearly raw inside. Does Trichinosis come as a side dish at this place? Sent it back and did receive an apology -- but there was no effort to adjust my nearly $300.00 bill. The Gordons need to put down their wine glasses up there in Santa Ynez and attend to this place.
