They have great food and always place the order exactly as we ask for it, whether it’s in person or on the phone. They greet you when you come inside, and are very friendly. We love their California chicken club sandwich, baked beans, fries, and bacon from their deli counter. Their bbq sauce has just the right sweetness. Love this place.

I really enjoy kinders bbq, the service is always great and the flavor of what ever I order is great! My Only concern was at the Brentwood location that the ladies in the front making sandwiches weren’t wearing gloves! They have these very long fingernails and no gloves, I have a problem wit that!!! Very unsanitary, I’m glad I didn’t order a sandwich!!

kind of not that impressive. the price was impressive! the miniscule amount of actual meat on my sandwich to cost of meal ratio is way off. the sauce is very basic its not bad in any way but also not remarkable in any way either. it's let's just call it safe for everyone. Cole slaw my high school cafeteria cook can endorse.

Bay Area staple. Great BBQ and the ball tip sandwiches are famously great. Also have a butcher shop with meat and twice baked potatoes you can also order ahead for bbq's and functions. Great customer service and super nice folks as well. Usually a line but thats because its worth it. BBQ sauce is available in stores as well. All around great spot for a sandwich and any bbq's you have planned. The twice baked potatoes are a family staple for 49er tailgates as well.

We were in the Brentwood location and asked the guy behind the counter about the pork ribs. We wanted to full rack of UNCOOKED ribs. We let him know in no uncertain terms that we wanted to make it at home. What do you think we found when we got home...cooked ribs....not at all what I wanted. This order was simple and needless to say I'm really beyond annoyed . If you're unable to get a request for a rack of ribs correct, why should I have any confidence in a more complicated order. We opted to go to the butcher instead of the supermarket so that we would have higher quality provision. This is a really pretty poor way of keeping and impressing customer.
