Jamba

This Jamba Juice location is very rude. We received our 3 drinks which we all ordered as large but they gave us one as a medium. Understand this can happen as their music is loud (like other Jamba juice) and they may not have heard correctly. That said, we were willing to pay for the right size and instead of helping us a person with really long nails flips their computer screen around and taps the screen with her nails and says THATS WHAT YOU ORDERED. Then she flips it back and walks away. WOW! So rude, we are done with this place. I have heard from others that this place has gone down due to customer service and now I have seen it first hand. Too bad as the drinks there are good :(

The last few times I've been in there the service has been very unsatisfying so I haven't been in in awhile. I just recently tried to put in an order, into uber, an hour before closing and they denied my order. I really don't see the inconvenience in my order, I've worked at a Jamba before. You make the three drinks and hand them off. I don't see how ordering an hour before closing is such an inconvenience to you guys. I'm done, don't worry about my bad reviews anymore because I won't be back. Whoever is manager there really needs to talk to their staff.

I came into this location on 5/31 around 11am as I expected it to be a little busy due to a holiday I was right. There were 3 young ladies working and a young man, you could tell one of the girls was training the male associate but was still multitasking and doing her job. I was so pleased on how well she was doing I asked the girl at the register who the manager was and she stated the young lady with the blonde hair who was helping the Other associate as I predicted she had to be the manger for how well she was working. I just want to give recognition to this store and the 4 individuals working they all worked so well together and were helping one another, still managed to so hi to the customers that were walking in and the wait did not seem like it took a long time. Our smoothies were ready within minutes as well as the taste was perfect. I just want to thank them for being open on Memorial Day and working at a fast pace they did. If that was me I feel like I would have been overwhelmed but great job to the staff at this location.

Jamba Juice brought my favorite drink back! I love the watermelon so refreshing on a hot day like today. Staff was kind. The only thing that sucks is social distancing because now we have to wait outside for our order but on a good note they are fast so the wait wasn’t bad at all. Thank you to all the girls working today. You guys really made my day better. I hope everything does back to normal very soon.
