Pretty disappointed. The music was so incredibly loud that we were yelling my order, and she couldn’t hear me and started to make the wrong thing. My head started pounding before I even Walked in the door as the music was blaring outside too. I’ve got nothing against music, but the decibel level was insane and I won’t be going back. The staff was great, very sweet and polite, but the noise level was just way too much.

Never had frozen custard before this, but I can say I'm a big fan. Very nice texture and taste, and the frozen ice treats were amazing too. Only problems we had were that they were out of vanilla, so most of us had to get something different than what we wanted, which was fine in the end. The other problem, was that there was a mouse outside one the doors if the place. It was still alive but wasn't moving, and that's all I'm gonna say about it, cause that's all that happend. But generally a great place.

They do not have hours posted on the door, but online it says they close at 10pm. Went in at about 8:45pm all they could serve was scooped custard because all their toppings were put away and their classic custard machine was serving only vanilla. Why is everything put away when you still have and hour and 45 to go? If they closed at 9 with only 15 minutes left I could understand. Worked food service and I totally get wanting to get out of work, but come on….

Pretty disappointing. The display cases were so greasy you could barely see the tags through them, and the food was nothing to write home about. If you want a shake you're better off going through a fast food drive thru across the street for the same quality at less than half the price. The "Italian Ice" just tasted like powdered mix blended with crushed ice. I can't remember the last time we just threw away food right after picking it up, but we ended up dumping the majority down the drain.

The service here is slow, but that's because they only have two people working. Also if the customer doesn't know what they want and need samples that also slows it down. If there are two people in front of you it will take 30 mins to get in and out. If you see a line out the door forget about it. Now the treats are very good, they have soft serve custard which is better than frozen yogurt, it's more creamy. Also they can make a ice cream sandwich with the custard or a mix of custard and bits of Oreo, Reeses or other candies, kinda of like a blizzard or Mcflurry, they call them concrete here. They also have Italian ice, which is like a sorbet. They have tons of flavors to choose from for the custard and the Italian ice. Definitely tasty, just look out for the long lines.

As a man who serves as a first responder ⛑ for Chevron, a servant leader in public ministry for 30 plus + and a 15yr veteran of USMC who is originally from NJ/Philly region were Rita first started ! The vibe in this store told me and family is horrible to say the least on its best day. I don’t know what POC have done to the workers or the management or the ownership but it appear diversity is not welcome. I thought my money was green well I guess I was wrong again !
