Prezzo does a good job. Brentwood like most other outlets in the chain are generally consistent.
They now have an extensive gluten free offering which is about time. Hopefully the whole high street will offer the alternatives soon.
I have some favourites but clearly everything is pretty good. The caramelised onion and cheese flatbread pizza to start is very nice. The duck, the salads and the chicken dishes are good and the fries are somewhat addictive.
Brentwood have steps to get in and a mini flight in the middle. The disabled toilet is in the fire exit on the upper level so if you are a wheelchair user you need to enter through that fire exit and I'd recommend sitting on that level in case you need the toilet.
Very safe bet.

the food was very tasty and the service was excellent.
When we entered we were greeted very warmly.
the waitress was very attentive and asked at appropriate intervals whether everything was OK or whether we would like anything else.
The waitress Phoebe was the best felt so comfortable with her best service I’ve ever had lovley girl, starters were amazing so we’re the pizzas,
However couldn’t eat them both and the dessert eye were bigger than my belly. Just want to big up Phoebe never felt So comfortable with a waitress ever beautiful lady and excellent service and recommend me the best substitute for chillis on my pizza will definitely be coming back because of her service x
We came for lunch, it was very nice. Plenty of choice on the menu (Veggie/Vegan/Gluten free, etc). A clean, tidy and spacious restaurant. All our food was well cooked, hot and nicely presented. Large portions. All the staff were very friendly and polite. Recommended
Loved Bruschetta starter and Primavera pizza. Absolutely delicious. What I love about this pizza are the toppings with different flavors. It is reasonable.

Great food and atmosphere the only criticism is they brought out the mains and two of them was wrong and we had to wait for them to rectify it. Otherwise I will definitely recommend.

I went here on a Saturday night to catch up with some friends I hadn't seen in a while. The atmosphere was nice and quiet, something people forget to appreciate. The food was as expected my only criticism was the menu was varied but items that were a particular type of meal weren't varied enough, the calzone had two options? They tasted great but would have liked a few different flavours.
Nice vegan Jackfruit pizza. Great service. Would have been 5* if less oil had been used. I'll ask next time.
Quite well priced considering the quality, pizzas are very very nice and cheap for what they are, free pasta crisps are also really nice, deserts are slightly small but for its price I guess considering it's a restaurant it's reasonable
We were the only people in the restaurant and service was a little slow but food it good what you expect for a high street Italian but deserts are poor do not arrive as described on the menu
I visited this Zizzi's again, just the other day, and it was really good and what a difference from when I visited before... and a special thanks to the supervisor Phobie(sorry for my spelling) she was friendly and super efficient.🙂👍
