Happy Garden

It was amazing because I was greeted very well on a wet and moist day, alongside being kindly asked of ‘What would you like to order’ and this is where I ordered a bbq duck egg fried rice and it was very deliciously and isn’t very cheap compared to the ones near my local area. The atmosphere was quite and clear, with not too much noise but a arm atmosphere, I would go there again if I had to. I don’t live near this area but would recommend it to my friends.

We have been using Happy Garden based on a recommendation since we moved to Brentwood a year ago and we've always been pleased with the quality of the food. Sometimes the delivery service can be very slow especially on a weekend but they've always compensated us when this happens. Would advice collecting your order instead of waiting for a delivery as they get very busy on the weekends. Overall always a pleasant experience and my children especially like the food here so we always return.

We have been looking for a good Chinese takeaway for a while and someone recommended the Happy Garden Delivery time for peak Friday evening was 50 minutes - Good. Presentation - Very good - we'll packaged. Taste & Texture - Very good for a takeaway. Portion Size: Huge - too much 😀 Arrived hot - great 👍 Egg Fried rice... had difficulty finding any egg and the rice was a grey colour ! Mixed starters - good quality, fresh tasting and plenty of it. Sweet & sour chicken - Very generous serving of meat, not cooked to death and hot, nice crisp vegetables. Had the rice been better it would have been a good 5/5 Next time we'll order a single rice as the portions were far too big for a person In all... tasty and good value. Will definitely try again.

Have food from here on a regular basis and has always been very nice. Very friendly delivery drivers as well. Last week I ordered online delivery and when delivered was one item short. That is not my complaint as things like this happen now and again. I rang and explained. Without hesitation or questioning, the young man promised to deliver the missing item asap and within 25 minutes I had the remaining dish. Excellent customer service (and food). Happy to recommend.

I ordered some food this evening and I really enjoyed it! Soup was lovely and the rest of the food like fried vegetable rise and smoked chilli chicken. Just yum yum 👌 FOLLOW UP A MONTH AFTER: I ordered tonight a month later for the second time and I was still impressed with their food!👌 Fast service ( I went to collect within 10mins from placing the order) and it was BEAUTIFUL! Freshly cooked, smelled and tasted DELICIOUS! I had Rise noodles mixed vegetable ( a pinch of salt would make it 20 out of 10 😁) Mussels in garlic and chilli sauce and Scallops in garlic and chilli sauce. Yet again I was really really happy with my food and keep in mind that I’m well traveled fussy foodie who’s hard to please 😁 Yum Yum 😋 Please keep it up 💪

This place serves the best Chinese food in the whole of the Brentwood region, and that's why they are always so busy! But the food is always worth waiting for. The salt and chilli squid is THE BEST, along with the Special Fried Rice, Lemon Chicken, Sweet and Sour Prawns HK Style, Singapore or Duck Rice Noodles, Beef Ho Fun, Mini Spring Rolls, Prawn Toast, and Chicken and Sweetcorn soup. Have tried others out of curiosity and always come back to Happy Garden!
