Great selection of ice creams, cakes and milkshakes. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere and very family friendly.
Quiet at Saturday lunch time! Service ok, no real atmosphere but would go again
Exceptional service, even tho it was busy. Such a friendly staff, we came with family ( 8 of us ) we were accommodated a table straight away. They went above and beyond to make sure my older parents are comfortable, music isn’t too loud and we have everything we need. Massive selection of desserts, I was sad bubblepops are gone from new menu but there was plenty to choose from
Went here when it trial opened before the official opening date and the ice cream was a bit too soft, like it wasn't being kept at the correct temperature. Decided to give it another go and they've definitely improved. Ice cream was the correct consistency this time, good flavour and lots of selection. I'd probably still go to Rossi at the end of the high street if I just wanted a cone/cup of ice cream, but if you want all the variety (waffles, pancakes, etc...) then Creams is definitely worth a visit.
Visited this place twice on a weekend stay in Brentwood and the service level was great. Greeted when entering, seated quickly, smooth payment, desserts arrived promptly and staff have a very friendly approach. They even thanked us as we left. Keep up the great work guys and thanks for the experience.
Came in for a lunch treat with my family. Had strawberry and cream crepes which were soo good. Staff was really attentive and looked after us even though it was busy. The only minus would be the heat but overall we reallly enjoyed it.
A purple wonderland. Don’t know what I would do without this place in my life. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff, I rate that. Crepes are fresher than the ones of my feet. Waffles are like clouds and the finest gelato sourced from Italy, 10/10 selection of toppings. I rate that.
Staff were friendly, greeted us with a smile and got us sat even though it was busy. Daughter was so excited to see what they had, and even though they were limited, they gave us plenty of other options to choose from for our sundaes.
I have noticed many new places appearing around this area, and this is probably the best. Choice on the menu is great. I had a chocolate ice cream in a tub and saved about £17 with my family from their app and I would recommend this cafe.
