Creams Cafe

Exceptional service, even tho it was busy. Such a friendly staff, we came with family ( 8 of us ) we were accommodated a table straight away. They went above and beyond to make sure my older parents are comfortable, music isn’t too loud and we have everything we need. Massive selection of desserts, I was sad bubblepops are gone from new menu but there was plenty to choose from

Visited this place twice on a weekend stay in Brentwood and the service level was great. Greeted when entering, seated quickly, smooth payment, desserts arrived promptly and staff have a very friendly approach. They even thanked us as we left. Keep up the great work guys and thanks for the experience.

Went here when it trial opened before the official opening date and the ice cream was a bit too soft, like it wasn't being kept at the correct temperature. Decided to give it another go and they've definitely improved. Ice cream was the correct consistency this time, good flavour and lots of selection. I'd probably still go to Rossi at the end of the high street if I just wanted a cone/cup of ice cream, but if you want all the variety (waffles, pancakes, etc...) then Creams is definitely worth a visit.
