Most costas do a wide range of vegan food (sandwiches etc) so I was quite disappointed they didn't. However the manager was very helpful in finding vegan cakes for me.

The loop system for my hearing aid was not working at Shenfield. Apart from that a friendly and helpful staff available.

Has had a full redecoration, so much more comfortable and welcoming than the slightly tired previous interior. Chairs are more comfy as well. Worth a visit.
