Visited Greggs at 68,/70 High St in Brentwood for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. Welcoming staff, extremely modest prices on both food and drink. Great selection of sarnies, cakes, biscuits and more. Clean, indoor seating, well worth a visit if you haven't been there yet. We will be returning soon !

Am a regular customer I always get great customer service and staff are always happy to help and go the extra step above and beyond. Would recommend specifically this Greggs to everyone because staff are so friendly and nice to have a chat with whilst preparing my order in the mornings on a side note prices and good food is always fresh hot and delicious. Food was a good standard but there is very limited seating. Only two, single tables available. Staff were friendly.

The flat white in Greggs is excellent, it definitely wakes you up. I usually get a bacon and sausage roll with a flat white and it costs £2.50 which is an absolute bargain.
The sausage rolls and other pasties are also decent.
The shop is usually busy and the staff are always polite friendly and courteous.

Excellent as always. Prompt service by people who appear to enjoy what they are doing. I'm a regular at Greggs various places usually have cappuccino with a sausage roll and whatever branch I'm at it's always great.
