Come here a number of times now to collect food. The best chip shop I've been to in a long time. Food is on point everytime. Great tasting and top quality. Friendly service always.

Local takeaway serving usual chip shop fare. Ordered on entry so we knew the food was freshly cooked. Various sizes of fish available, depending on affordability and appetite. The shop is quite small, but adequate for the trade. Overall fresh food at a fair price, considering the rising cost of living. Very tasty. Car parking can be a problem at busy times.

First time ordering from here but so glad I called in on my way home from work. I ordered a halloumi naan, chips, curry sauce and mushy peas. All food was delicious and I was really pleased to see a variety of halloumi and other cheese items on the menu. Staff were also really friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

Travelled 30 miles to get chips from here. All the staff are wonderful especially Harry who is very cultured, well travelled and is so interesting to chat to. The chips and fish are bang on. His battered Lamb kabab meat is always worth a try. The car park is sometimes busy but it has a fast turn over of spaces so is worth waiting a few seconds because the food is fantastic.

I'm from North Yorkshire and would say we have some of the best fish and chip shops in the country. I've probably eat from over 20 different fish and chip shops from Scarborough to London. I would say this place sits within the top 5% of what I've tried. I'm no chippy conisuer, however my friends would say otherwise. Well priced, banging fish n chips.

Ordered 40+ mini fish & chips, all our residents thoroughly enjoyed them, very tasty indeed. Order was ready on time, we will certainly be using Coven Fish Bar in the future.

Have been coming since Featherstone chippy has gone down hill. Canāt fault Coven Fish bar. Great service and quality food. Just wish they had more food stocked on busy nights. Oh and Iād love it if they did battered chips.

New refreshed menu with more choices, love the options with kebab meat - pitta/wrap/nann. New screens to show menus are clearer, my daughter was delighted to see that there are now desserts to choose from (various cheesecakes) and a wider range of drinks.

Came here just before playing golf. Wow, what an amazing find. By far the best fish and chips I have ever eaten. The fish batter was crispy and the cod was perfectly flakey. The chips were seasoned to perfection and you MUST try their battered kebab bites. Theyāre Life changing.
The staff were super friendly. I couldnāt recommend enough.
