The guys are brilliant and welcoming. Megan makes a superb cappuccino as does Holly but having said that, all will do exactly what you like without issue which is unlike some places where they just pull the standard drink and natter to their mates ignoring the customer. One of the best Costas in the UK and I have visited a fair few with work! Only issue is the extra charge of 45p for almond milk for a small cappuccino on top of £2.50 which is ridiculously expensive and about time people realised some folk have no choice. For regulars this should be waived in all honesty as there is no additional commitment to regulars as everyone has a loyalty card these days.
