Stayed here for 3 nights and has been the best hotel I have stayed at. Price was £220 but worked out good value sharing the room with a friend (£110 each). Hotel is located in a great central location with a large car park 2 min walk away. This was handy as we could make a quick getaway to our days
The Wyndham Arms is now also run as a hotel. I am not a huge fan of Wetherspoons pubs generally but their hotels are always clean & well run
Like the pubs, they are usually old buildings which have been renovated to a really high standard & The Wyndham Arms is beautifully restored.

Hi there most Wednesday nights for their quiz nights which are well run. Had food there the other day which was really good and well priced. My friend had the salmon and prawn pasta. Still a cheap and cheerful place. Somehow the staff are always in relatively good moods. New management must be doing a good job. Toilets clean and the food is always nice. Saturday afternoon is always extremely busy and one can never find a seat.
Good place to meet up. Good honest pub. Yes there are better places in Bridgend but it's good for a cheap round and loads of seating area. You pay your money you take your choice.
Last minute stay with dinner and breakfast, excellent room, staff could not do enough for us, so accommodating in the Hotel and Pub.

My family had a mixture of breakfasts from pancakes, small breakfast and big breakfast. Great food and drink.
Food was great as usual but the final drinks we purchased were soapy in taste, which is why the 4 stars for food.
Staff were fantastic and the room was excellent! The bed was huge as was the room itself, the bathroom was also spacious which included a shower and bath. Breakfast served from 7am, I had a large, which set me up for the day. Really couldn't fault my visit here this weekend
Visited with family and it was lovely. Food is excellent and not over priced. Staff are friendly and helpful. If you just want to sit and enjoy a drink and a chat with friends a nice place to meet.
