Visited here while on holiday, we enjoyed the food so much we went back 2 days later, traditional pub food at sensible prices and very generous portions too, well worth a visit
Lovely welcoming little country pub, serving just the kind of pub meals you'd expect and enjoy. The absolute surprise for us was the extensive vegetarian and vegan menu, meaning we had a choice from starter to dessert. A little dog lives there, so his dog friends are welcome too.
A very friendly and warm pub. Popped in here when staying at the Exe Valley Caravan park. Very homely and lovely owners/hosts. Also a very very cute doggo named Bentley. Will be returning
Nice country pub. Dog friendly but only a small bar area so you need to book if you want to eat and take your dog with you. Good menu choices with a range of vegetarian AND vegan dishes as well as meat and fish. Prices are reasonable. NB closed ALL day on Wednesday.
Close to Exe Valley caravan site. Nice selection of Ales, cider and wine. Excellent meals which have to be booked beforehand.

Very much a old style pub with the hard working owners behind the bar and in kitchen. Homemade style food with several extensive specials boards, including an amazing vegan/vegetarian range as well as fish and a conventional with meat choices. Don't expect a soulless corporate chain or fancy themed
Lovely country pub with hearty, delicious food and generous portions. Nice beer and a warming place (especially in front of the fire). We will definitely return.

Very nice pub which is dog friendly . food and ale is very good been coming here for over 20 years as holiday nearby and its exactly the same as the first visit
One of the best pints of Exmoor iv'e had, there is no other explanation for this, apart from all the hard work, dedication and love that Kieth and Glenna have put into this place over the years.
