I not long home from a wonderful meal at this hidden gem. I wanted to say how impressed I was with the lady who greeted us, served us, explained the food to us, cooked all the food and then served it to our table piping hot and all at the same time. She did this all on her own, with a kitchen assistant I believe. There was 12 of us so this was no small feat. Absolutely beautiful food and great Host. Fully deserves 5 Stars xxx
What a hidden gem. The food is delicious and the menu gives a great variety of dishes to try all reasonably priced. Service was excellent. Wonderful ambience. I loved it and will be returning soon.

Okay, so this place isn't going to win any awards for interior design, but don't let it deter you. Some of the best food I've eaten has come from restaurants that don't have the budget for decorating, so they put all focus and attention into perfecting the menu 🙌
The food was absolutely delicious and obviously homemade. The flatbreads were so good, we ordered more to take home. A slight markdown simply because the baklava was cold, it would have been better served warm.
I urge you to not judge this place by its cover. Book a table, or order a take away, you won't be disappointed.

Do not get scared with simple and not very stylish decorating. It is worth to stay and taste a mixture of Russian and Greek kitchen. It is very good and tasty. Portions are huge and staff very kind.

We decided to try Akropolis as an alternative to the usual suspect list of takeaways in Bridgwater on a Saturday night. They team there definitely didn't let us down! We both went for the grilled chicken gyros. I think, it's safe to say, they might be the best value offer in the whole of Bridgwater at the moment. A good amount of grilled chicken, not an overload of fries, salad, pitta bread, halloumi (think this addition sold it for us!), tzatziki and hummus all in one box. So incredibly tasty and filling! Will definitely be back for more!! Keep it local and support these guys.

Didn't know of this place until I saw a post on social media. Decided to give it a try and thoroughly glad I did. I had the Chicken Gyro and everything was so tasty and hot. Safe to say I'll definitely be returning to sample other meals from what looks like a great menu.

Lovely food, and a good choice on the menu. Huge portions, I’d think twice about getting a starter unless you have a big appetite, as they bring olives, bread & hummus out whilst food is cooking, which I might add was delicious, but with that & the starter left us struggling with our main course.
If I had find one thing to criticise it would be the fact that until we were ready to leave & settle our bill, we were informed it was cash only. Apparently there was a very small note on the wall behind the bar pointing this out. We had to leave the building, walk to Asda to get cash out, disappointing end to what was a lovely evening. It may be worth putting on website & on the door on entry CASH ONLY!!
Delicious food, the fresh bread with the hummus was like no other. They have a wide range of dishes on the menu so I can't wait to try more.

My partner and I are both lovers of Russian and Greek food and I can honestly say this place is total heaven. Delicious fresh food, great portion sizes and not too bad on price. The nutella bilini's are to DIE FOR.
