We love this place. It’s a must when we visit Bridlington. We have a Pensioner’s Fish & Chips which is great value and still too much even when we share one portion of chips ! We enjoy the old fashioned atmosphere of a diner, and a bar with some of the local characters including the doggies. Staff a
Good location by the beach and I liked the place. The apple pie is definitely five stars and was fantastic. Some of the main meals a bit lacking in flavour and a bit pricey for what they were. Would definitely go back though if in this part of town.
Called in today during a thoroughly miserable, cold, wet and windswept walk along the beach. Thankfully it is dog friendly and, initially, we just wanted two hot drinks. The homemade apple pie on display was simply stunning so I ordered a piece with custard - absolutely brilliant. My wife had the sc
Dog friendly with 2 areas, one cafe and one bar. Food is average seaside cafe grub. Excellent opening hours for the winter. Staff very quick cleaning up tables to make sure it's tidy.
Fish and chips from Richie's are always a must when we visit the Yorkshire coast. We love the food there and it's right on the sea front. There is plenty of seating inside and out, and it's dog friendly in or out. The staff are always happy and helpful. There is disabled access and a bar at one end.
My sister and I stopped off here and had a cuppa and a snack. A friendly atmosphere, helpful staff and good food.
Apple pie and ice cream was the nicest I've had. Not keen on the coffee I had though as it's from a machine so not very hot I like coffee really hot. Other wise a great place to sit and eat and chill with your dog.
Richies Cafe is more than just a cafe. It combines a restaurant, takeaway, and bar. It also offers free WiFi and outdoor seating. It is found on the south beach promenade with excellent sea views. It is a very popular cafe, so the staff are always kept busy but remain friendly, helpful and polite. T
Everything you hope for from a seaside cafe. Pleasant, friendly staff, great food and good prices. We had fish and chips and a cup of tea and couldn't fault any of it. Thank you, we look forward to returning soon......
Absolutely great location especially if the Sun is out sitting on the upper terrace overlooking the beach. Ordered lunch and drinks. Jacket potato and Cheese toastie and Caffery’s ale a real favourite of mine. Went back again later that week all the staff were polite and friendly. The upper terrace
Busy dog friendly beach front cafe on the promenade at south beach Bridlington. Friendly staff, plenty of inside and out side seating (one side is a sort of sports bar). Good wholesome food at a great price. Would go again.
This is a great cafe situated on south beach, providing a wonderful selection of food. To eat in or take out. Whilst on the beach ⛱ we got a beautiful sandwich, to eat out on the beach. This was provided in a box that can be recycled. 👍👍👍
Been of our own accord and been taken in by the dog 🐕 Dragged off the beach for a sausage so ended up having breakfast ourselves 🤣
Your right on the sea front here. Good food , especially the haddock and chips special it comes with peas..i added a boat of lovely thick curry lovely well worth it. I asked for crab salad but they had none. You can have a pint with your meal I chose John Smith,s bitter. Good selection of Burgers wi
Excellent cafe, great selection on the menu, reasonable price, great view and they allow dogs.
Just had an afternoon walk on this beach at Bridlington.......wonderful.....we took our dog which could run free off the lead. From May to September dogs must be kept on the lead. The beach was very clean, everyone was cleaning up after their dogs. At the end of the walk we went to Richies Cafe Bar
We LOVE Richie’s cafe. We visit multiple times every time we’re on holiday. The food is excellent value for money, the portion sizes are brilliant and fresh. We also love how dog friendly the cafe is, meaning we can all enjoy a sit down with some good food! It could do with a bit of paint and a fres
