Called in without any booking with my wife on the off chance they could fit us in. What a lovely place. The food was very nice, they had a large menu. They are licensed. We each had starter, main, and sweet. 2 drinks each. Very friendly, and considering we had a few extras added onto our meal, I think that £76 was quite reasonable. We will call again.
Nice restaurant, well put together, well maintained and clean. Staff were polite and attentive. The food choice is varied and extensive, have "English" and Vegetarian dishes options. The service was at its best, not much wait. Food was served hot, tasted really really good, good feedback from.everyone around the table, even from the fussiest eaters. Had seen reviews that this is the best Chinese Restaurant here in Bridlington and now I agree. Definitely recommend.
The staff were so helpful. We had a delicious meal with a bottle of wine. We are in holiday and would highly recommend this restaurant.
The food was amazing and the service is very quick and the staff are very friendly, tables are a little close as mentioned in previous reviews but this didn't spoil our evening meal with the kids
It’s an honest no frills restaurant that serves excellent food. Clean and tidy with a good selection on the menu. Staff are attentive and the food came quickly. Restaurant is a little tight on space and you need to plan your route to and from your table, and although I’m sure they would accommodate wheelchair users I could see it being a problem. If you want good Chinese food at a reasonable price l, it’s the place to go.
Booked a table for 8 on Saturday at 6 for a 80th birthday what a great restaurant the food was for all of us superb the service was fantastic we took our own cake and they gave us plates and a knife to cut it would Highley recommend a meal there give it a try would recommend booking if you can very popular thanks to all the staff for a smashing night will be back

Went to yips for the first time last night. The service you get is absolutely fantastic they even opend the door for us when we were leaving the staff are so kind and can't do enough for you! The food is beautiful maybee the nicest Chinese food I've ever tasted! I can 100% recommend this Chinese restaurant.
My husband dosent like chinese food that didnt matter he had steak and chips cooked just perfect for him we will definitely be returning thank you 😊
Good place to eat before a gig at the spa. Recommend booking though, we didn't and were lucky to get in.

Having eaten at Yips a number of times over the years I have always found the food consistent in its quality. The kitchen staff always prove their worth and serve quality Chinese food and the restaurant menu is priced acceptably. Having visited many other Chinese restaurants around the country I have never been disappointed by a meal at Yips and as such I will continue to visit when in Bridlington. The food is always cooked well and with the vegetarian options that are also available this restaurant serves all diets and requirements. I have always found the front of house restaurant staff pleasant, engaging and helpful. Also, they are attentive but not overbearing which allows a meal to be fully enjoyed. The restaurant is a medium sized but pleasant eatery that is not overly formal but appropriately relaxed. Consequently, it provides an excellent eating experience on the seafront whilst providing quality Chinese food in a pleasant surrounding. Therefore, I will continue to visit when in Bridlington as an excellent meal is always guaranteed. Thank you Yips!

Had the banquet for 2 and could not eat it all. Lots of delicious food. They let us swap a couple of items. Good value. Will go back again

Fantastic food, lovely staff
Went here to eat last week as a party of 4, one of whom is GF. Drinks came quickly. There was a decent choice of food on the GF menu, and it was apparently very nice. All other orders were tasty. Portions are generous, and reasonably priced. The only downside, if you can call it that, was a waitress who looked like she would rather be anywhere but there. But I would go back again!
